Chilli droëwors is not just a snack; it's an experience that will take you on a journey through the best of South African cuisine! The spicy infusion of chilli is a perfect blend of traditional and modern spice, ensuring a flavourful experience that tantalise your taste buds and brings happiness!

 

Droëwors is made by simply air-drying the traditional Boerewors sausage, with a few alterations in spices and production. Unlike other producers, we only use 100% minced beef in our Droëwors. The minced beef mixture combines lean topside (80%) and a small amount of natural fat marbling from the beef chuck (20%). We only use natural casings to make our Droëwors. The prepared sausage is then slowly air-dried to perfection and packed in a protected atmosphere. It takes 260g of freshly marinated beef mince to make 100g of our Original Droëwors. Droëwors has a high protein content, with 51g of protein per 100g portion!

Ingredients: 100% beef in a lamb casing, salt, pepper, chilli, a combination of spices & flavourings (no pork, gluten or fillers).
