COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
From Frozen (recommended):
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 170–180°C. Fry samoosas for 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 180°C. Brush or spray samoosas lightly with oil. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and golden.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C. Place samoosas on a lined tray, brush lightly with oil, and bake for 15–20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
From Fresh (unfrozen): Fry, air fry, or bake using the same methods but reduce cooking time slightly.
